We ship worldwide and there is a number of different shipping speeds to choose from at checkout. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days from delivery date for a refund or store credit in its original condition, unwashed with hang tags and hygiene stickers in  place unworn using the start return/exchange link: Start Return/Exchange Here

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style or size, based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item; however you may be liable for duties and taxes if based outside US/Canada. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card or PayPal™ account. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy. Please note a $4 restocking fee will be charged per item  that is returned. If you are based outside the US/Canada region, any customs duties or sales taxes will not be refunded by Stella Cove LLC, however we recommend that you contact your local customs office. If you are based within the US/Canada region, all sales taxes will be refunded by Stella Cove LLC. Please allow up to 10 business days for any refund to your original payment card or account.

DELICATE ITEMS

There are some items in our collection marked delicate which means they are to be hand washed in cold water, drip dried and not exposed to hot temperature, harsh chemicals or friction such as water slides. Items cannot be returned or exchanged in the event that these directions are not followed and an item is damaged as a consequence.

CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES

Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
