Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
 
All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We update our online inventory every day. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock (due to that days demand) we will contact you via email. We apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience.We aim to dispatch all goods within 24-48 hours of receiving the order. RETURN POLICY
 
We want you to be completely happy with your Stella Cove purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Due to the nature of our merchandise, all items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with packaging and invoice. Kindly contact us at sales@stellacove.com to inform us of your return package and we will advise which is the closest return address to ship it to.  Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event that the goods are lost in transit. Buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returns. 
 
 
ITEM CONDITION
 
Items should be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition, and with all Stella Cove garment tags and hygiene strips still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. For the purpose of hygiene, swim shorts, bikini bottoms, and swimsuits should be tried on over underwear.
 

 

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style or size, based on stock availability. Shipping is free on the replacement item; however you may be liable for duties and taxes if based outside US/Canada. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card or PayPal™ account. Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy. If you are based outside the US/Canada region, any customs duties or sales taxes will not be refunded by Stella Cove LLC, however we recommend that you contact your local customs office. If you are based within the US/Canada region, all sales taxes will be refunded by Sunuva Ltd. Please allow up to 10 business days for any refund to your original payment card or account.

MANUFACTURING FAULT

Stella Cove LLC. will redeem items if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be manufacturing fault. If you qualify for an exchange we will attempt to replace with the same product. If we cannot fulfil this replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item or a suitable replacement.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTY & TAXES

Please note that it is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods on all packages, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
